Based on the size and location of the lesion or blockage can be attempted to treatment. One type of treatment called thrombolysis. It works by dissolving the blood clot or blockage. CABG (CAP) is done as a last resort or emerging. This is an open-heart surgery. Make no vessels of the leg (VSM), or used in the chest (internal mammary) and to prevent blood clots.
